Pediatric Readiness Symposium

The Pediatric Readiness Symposium is a dynamic, interdisciplinary event designed to equip prehospital providers, community physicians, nurses, and advanced practice providers with the tools and knowledge needed to care for children in everyday emergencies. Moving beyond traditional lectures, the symposium emphasizes interactive formats such as group discussions, simulations, and procedural workshops. Each session is designed to spark engagement, foster cross-disciplinary conversation, and strengthen real-world collaboration. Whether in the field, the clinic, or the hospital, every attendee will walk away better prepared to care for children across the continuum of care.

  4. Identify challenges and opportunities for improving pediatric readiness within their own practice environment.
  5. Discuss opportunities for interprofessional collaboration to strengthen pediatric readiness across the continuum of care.
