Emily Dorosz is the Program Manager for the District of Columbia Emergency Medical Services for Children (EMSC) State Partnership Program. She has 20 years of pediatric emergency and trauma experience. Emily is the Chair of the Pediatric Committee of the Emergency Nurses Association (ENA) and Immediate Past President of Maryland ENA. She is an active member of the National Association of State EMS Officials, the Pediatric Pandemic Network, and involved in multiple initiatives through the EMSC Innovation and Improvement Center. Emily is passionate about improving pediatric outcomes and readiness for children across the healthcare system. Emily is additionally interested in data and quality improvement, hospital-based emergency response, EMS-ED care coordination, regional disaster and surge preparedness, global disaster nursing education, and prehospital outreach and education.
