Pediatric Disaster Science Scholars Program: June 3, 2025
The Pediatric Disaster Science Scholars Program provides a structured approach to disaster science research, emergency preparedness, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Through a combination of interactive modules, recorded sessions, and hands-on exercises, participants gain the knowledge and skills needed to advance disaster research and improve emergency response strategies.

Learning Objectives
- Apply foundational health services research methodologies and data access strategies to pediatric disaster science.
- Design and evaluate interdisciplinary, community-based disaster science projects, including proof-of-concept initiatives and program evaluations.
- Develop skills in manuscript and grant writing, faculty development, and collaborative team-building to advance pediatric disaster research.
