As a genetics and metabolism doctor, Dr. Debra Regier has implemented educational work to ensure that all rare disease patients and families have access to timely and needed information.  This has led to the creation of RareCap, which serves as a resource for emergency, primary care, and other individuals caring for rare disease patients.
