Learners who complete Caring for Children with Medical Complexities at Home: Introduction may claim a Certificate of Completion in recognition of their participation in this foundational emergency preparedness module.

What the certificate recognizes

This certificate acknowledges that the learner has completed an educational module designed to:

• Understand the difference between CYSHCN and CMC and why it matters in home care
• Hear real-world experiences from families, nurses, and EMS to uncover what’s needed for successful at-home care
• Build confidence in emergency readiness—at home, on shift, or in transit—so children receive safe, compassionate care when it matters most

Claim Your Certificate of Completion

Participants may claim a Certificate of Completion after finishing the module.

To receive your certificate, enter the attendance code provided at the end of the module. Once entered in the Continuing Education platform, your certificate will unlock automatically.

How it works

2. Enter the attendance code provided at the end of the module
3. Your certificate will be available immediately under:
   My Activities > Completed Activities
4. Download and save your certificate for your records
