Michelle Moegling, MBA-HM, RN, BSN, CPN

Michelle Moegling, BSN, RN, CPN is a Program Coordinator for pediatric readiness at UH Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital, leading efforts across the University Hospitals system. She has more than 20 years of experience as a staff nurse, educator, and disaster preparedness expert in a Level I pediatric trauma center. Michelle is a senior subject matter expert for the ASPR grant in the Eastern Great Lakes, Region V for Kids, and holds key roles within national initiatives, including the EMSC Innovation and Improvement Center (EIIC) Disaster Domain and serving as a nurse lead for the EIIC Hospital Domain. She also contributes as a subject matter expert to the HRSA Pediatric Pandemic Network. Her work focuses on strengthening pediatric and disaster readiness through collaboration, team science, and driving improvements in organizational performance, processes, and patient outcomes.
