Alia Fink is the Lead Performance Improvement Consultant at Children’s National Hospital. She enjoys supporting multidisciplinary teams in their improvement projects as they work to eliminate harm to patients, families, and staff. Before working in Quality and Safety, she spent many years as a pediatric ambulatory and bedside nurse.
