<p><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif">Dr. Glomb is a pedatric emergency medicine physician with an education and research focus in pediatric emergency preparedness, prehospital care, behavioral health, and global health. Dr. Glomb is an</span><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif"> Associate Professor in the Department of Emergency Medicine, Division of Pediatric Emergency Medicine at UCSF Benioff Children&rsquo;s Hospital (BCH) where he serves as the disaster preparedness lead for the BCH emergency department. Dr. Glomb holds a master&rsquo;s degree in public health with a focus in health policy and administration and also completed the American Pediatric Association&rsquo;s Research Scholars Program in 2022. Dr. Glomb is actively involved in the U.S. Department of Health &amp; Human Services&rsquo; Western Regional Alliance for Pediatric Emergency Management (WRAPEM) and the Health Resources and Services Administration&rsquo;s Pediatric Pandemic Network (PPN). Dr. Glomb is currently serving as the lead for the Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear defense agents team and co-lead the Infectious Disease team for both programs. As part of PPN, Dr. Glomb serves as the site-PI for the UCSF hub site (one of ten hub sites in the US). </span></span></span></p><p><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif">Dr. Glomb also serves as the UCSF co-EMS Scientific Advisor for the Pediatric Emergency Care Applied Research Network (PECARN) and participates in and leads collaborative multi-center EMS projects. Past and current work include serving as the principal investigator for a prehospital simulation based training program in Botswana and leading domestic projects focused on improving the care of pediatric patients in the prehospital setting. </span></span></span></p>
