Andrew Stark is a dedicated public safety professional and community leader with extensive experience in emergency services, disaster preparedness, and incident management. He actively serves with the Westport Fire Department and works closely with regional agencies on emergency planning, hazardous materials response, severe weather preparedness, and search and rescue training. Andrew has coordinated multi-agency exercises and public safety initiatives focused on strengthening community resilience throughout Kentucky. Passionate about education and preparedness, he also develops training programs, emergency response plans, and public outreach campaigns to help communities stay informed and ready for emergencies. Outside of public service, Andrew is a proud husband and father who values family, leadership, and service to others.
