Amy Potts, MA
Amy Potts is the Disaster Response Program Administrator for the Kentucky Department for Behavioral Health, Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities. She works in the Mental Health Promotion, Prevention and Preparedness branch of BHDID to support partners across the state in disaster preparedness, planning and response. She administered the Kentucky Disaster Resilience Grant in 21 counties helping local CMHCs build resiliency within their communities. She also coordinated the Crisis Counseling Grant programs for both the Western Kentucky tornado and the Eastern Kentucky flooding response and the FEMA Disaster Case Management programs for these areas.
