Luke Hamlin is the Program Administrator for the Kentucky Community Crisis Response Team (KCCRT) and a U.S. Army Reserve Chaplain. With a background spanning law enforcement, social work, and pastoral care, he brings a deep understanding of crisis response. Luke has led efforts to revitalize the KCCRT program by strengthening partnerships and enhancing crisis response strategies across Kentucky. He holds a Master of Divinity, a Master’s in Pastoral Ministries, and is a certified Health and Wellness Coach, enabling him to provide practical and faith-based support during crises.
