Jon is a Paramedic Educator and Division Chief with Georgetown-Scott County EMS, where he leads the EMS Education Division overseeing initial education as well as continuing education programs. His work spans curriculum design, simulation-based education, instructor development, and emergency management — including Incident Management Team training and disaster response planning. He has presented at EMS conferences and brings a data-driven, adult learning-centered approach to workforce development in emergency medicine. He holds a background in emergency management and Search and Rescue operations, and has recently completed his undergraduate degree in Emergency Medical Care at Eastern Kentucky University with plans to pursue graduate school.
