Abby Bailey currently serves as the Norton Children’s Hub Site Manager for the Pediatric Pandemic Network as well as the Trauma Burn Domain Manager. She has been with the PPN since January 2021 and has recruited many Children’s Hospitals, state and regional partners and local organizations to join in the efforts and activities of the Network.

Prior to joining the Pediatric Pandemic Network, Abby spent over twenty years serving her state and community as a paramedic, both on the ground and in the air. Starting as an EMT at age 19, she served as a paramedic, Lieutenant, Training and Education Officer before accepting a role as the Deputy Director of a rural service in Kentucky. Abby found her passion in pediatrics as she served the role of Pediatric Emergency Care Champion at her Fire/EMS department. Her current role allows her to bring her passion for serving others and pediatrics together ensuring the smallest of our citizens are prepared and cared for everyday and in disasters.
