Regina L. Toto, MD, MSEd is the Medical Director of Emergency Preparedness and Business Continuity for the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia enterprise. Dr. Toto is a pediatric emergency medicine physician and Assistant Professor of Clinical Pediatrics at the University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine. Her clinical perspective as well as leadership expertise inform her work in emergency preparedness and business continuity. Dr. Toto has particular interests in medical education and pediatric readiness. When not at the hospital, she enjoys cooking, reading and traveling with her husband and two daughters.
