Dyane Rodriguez, MSN, RN, CAHP

Dyane Rodriguez, MSN, RN, is an experienced nursing leader with over 20 years of dedicated service at Golisano Children’s Hospital of Southwest Florida, part of Lee Health. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a strong commitment to advancing patient safety, operational excellence, and staff support within complex healthcare environments.
She currently serves as the Lead Nursing Supervisor, where she oversees hospital-wide clinical operations and supports frontline teams in delivering safe, high-quality care. In addition, she plays a key leadership role as Chief of Operations in the Emergency Operations Center (EOC), coordinating system-wide responses during critical events and ensuring organizational readiness. Dyane also leads operational initiatives focused on improving care for patients with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), with an emphasis on creating safer, more therapeutic environments for both patients and healthcare staff.
Dyane holds a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Nursing Informatics, which she leverages to integrate evidence-based practice, data-driven decision-making, and technology into clinical workflows. She has led innovative projects aimed at enhancing staff safety, including the development and implementation of a violent patient identification (VPI) process in the pediatric emergency department—an initiative designed to proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with patient behavioral events.
Her work is grounded in advocacy, interdisciplinary collaboration, and a passion for improving the healthcare experience for vulnerable populations. Dyane is committed to empowering nursing teams, advancing workplace safety, and driving meaningful change through leadership, education, and innovation.
