Certificate of Completion

Learners who complete Caring for Children with Medical Complexities at Home: Emergency Readiness may claim a Certificate of Completion in recognition of their participation in this foundational emergency preparedness module.

What the certificate recognizes

This certificate acknowledges that the learner has completed an educational module designed to:

• Understand what emergency readiness means and how to build a plan that works for your family
• Practice communicating critical information during a 911 call with confidence and clarity
• Learn how to set up home visits with EMS to ensure first responders are prepared to care for your child

Claim Your Certificate of Completion

Participants may claim a Certificate of Completion after finishing the module.

To receive your certificate, enter the attendance code provided at the end of the module. Once entered in the Continuing Education platform, your certificate will unlock automatically.

How it works

2. Enter the attendance code provided at the end of the module
3. Your certificate will be available immediately under:
   My Activities > Completed Activities
4. Download and save your certificate for your records
