Jordan serves as the Chief Communications Officer for the Paulding County Sheriff's Office in Metro Atlanta, a role held since February of last year, where he oversees' the Office of Public Affairs and leads strategic communications during routine operations and critical incidents. With 16 years as a professional firefighter, Jordan brings deep operational insight to public safety messaging and large-scale disaster management, having managed communications for two of Kentucky's largest disasters- the December 2021 tornadoes, which claimed 80 lives, and the July 2022 floods, which resulted in 40 fatalities. A Master Public Information Officer certified through the University of Tennessee, Jordan is recognized for clear, credible leadership in high-pressure environments. Outside of work, he is an avid cyclist, marathoner and enjoys the outdoors.
