Jack Smith is the Emergency Management Director for Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus Ohio. He is a 35-year veteran of the fire service; including 10 years in the FEMA Urban Search & Rescue System and most recently as Deputy State Fire Marshal/Chief of the Ohio Fire Academy. He holds a master's degree in Emergency & Disaster Mgmt., and certifications as a Certified Emergency Manager and Senior Lead Crisis Manager.
