I grew up in Tucson Arizona. I attended medical school at the University of Arizona in Phoenix, and completed my Emergency medicine residency At Sunrise GME in Las Vegas. I recently finished my toxicology fellowship at the University of Arizona in Tucson, where I've remained on as faculty in toxicology and Emergency Medicine.
